Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, refunds and data retention work for Tallium subscriptions.
1. Free trial
- Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial, and you are not charged unless you choose to subscribe.
2. Cancellation
- You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
3. Refunds
- Monthly fees are non-refundable for partial months.
- For annual plans, if you cancel within 14 days of the first annual charge, you may request a pro-rated refund of the unused period. Contact us via the Contact page.
4. Data after cancellation
- After cancellation your data is preserved for 30 days, during which you can export it. After that period it is securely deleted.
