These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Tallium platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
- Tallium provides cloud accounting, tax, point-of-sale, inventory, order-management and related tools on a subscription basis.
- We may update features over time; we will not materially reduce core functionality of your plan without notice.
2. Accounts & acceptable use
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
- You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or use it for unlawful purposes.
3. Subscriptions & billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in AED. Trials are free for 14 days and require no card.
- Fees are non-refundable except as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Your data & responsibilities
- You retain ownership of the data you enter. You are responsible for the figures you submit to authorities; Tallium prepares returns from your data but does not provide regulated accounting or legal advice.
5. Availability & liability
- We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service except where an SLA applies (Enterprise).
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
6. Termination
- You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
- On termination, you can export your data within the window described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
